Since I'm lucky to be the first to present an investment idea on this forum, I would like to present a stock I really believe in. The company: PYDS primary operations is to provide integrated electronic payment processing services to merchants and businesses, including all types of Automated Clearing House, or ACH, processing, credit, prepaid card and debit card-based processing services. In addition, PYDS offers prepaid VISA cards to consumers through Akimbo Financial ( akimbocard.com) The market cap is around 72 mUSD (share price 0.39). For 2014, they reported EPS of 0.03, which is up 400%. Revenues for 2014 was 13.4 mUSD vs 5,2 mUSD in 2013. www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=10595885For January 2015, PYDS reported record growth in transaction volume finance.yahoo.com/news/payment-data-systems-announces-record-123000603.html suggesting that the positive trend will continue. In addition, the company will look to list on NASDAQ, which will increase awareness of the stock. At present growth and low multiples, I think this might be a multi-bagger.

Sorry, PYDS will apply for listing on NYSE.
Here is a quote: "Mr. Long continued, "I am pleased to announce that we have already achieved all the financial metrics required for an up-listing to NYSE market. We will file our application for listing with the NYSE shortly after filing our 2014 10K annual report. "

Usually, I stay away from OTC, but this stock seems interesting based on fundamentals. However, I don't reallly understand most of PYDS business. Could you explain more? I looked at your blog, and it seems like you use less time focusing on what companies do etc. Is this correct? Btw. Thanks for setting up this forum. I have missed a forum like this. I hope it will grow. All the best:)

Yes, I guess you could say that I'm not overanalyzing every aspect of a company's business model. As I said above, PYDS provides integrated electronic payment processing services to merchants and businesses and ACH processing. ACH network is a nationwide electronic funds transfer system that provides for the clearing of electronic payments between financial institutions. PYDS ACH processing services, makes it possible businesses to collect and disburse funds electronically with e-checks, instead of paper checks. E-check is an electronic debit to a bank account that is initiated at the point of sale. I recommend reading the report: www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=10595885

It seems as Louis A. Hoch, which is an officer, is selling a lot of shares and is putting pressure on the share price. What do you think about this?
